Technical Service and Warranty Conditions
The warranty period is 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the product.
If the product is used outside of the features specified in the user manual, it is opened or repaired outside the authorized services, it is determined that it has been exposed to liquid contact or impact, it is not covered by the warranty.
During the warranty period and in case of malfunctions arising from factory defect; repairs will be made without any charge under labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.
In products with expired warranty or malfunction caused by user error, device repair is chargeable. Repair process will not start without price information and repair approval of your devices.
Our company is not responsible for the products that are not approved by the customer for repair within 30 days.
Ideal fault detection time is 2 working days, maximum fault detection time is 10 working days.
